1. Serviceable Locations
We ship pan-India to over 25,000 pincodes via trusted logistics partners. You can confirm serviceability of your pincode at checkout before placing your order.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹999.
- Heavier orders (above 15 kg) may attract additional charges, shown transparently at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines

Estimates are indicative and may vary during festivals, weather events or in remote regions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent via email and WhatsApp. You can also view live status from the My Orders section in your account.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are typically packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the expected window, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order ID. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
