Return & Refund Policy

At Dr. Venky's Pet Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product is defective or expired.
- You received an incomplete order.
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:
- Opened pet food
- Treats
- Medicines
- Supplements
- Grooming products
- Products with broken seals
- Clearance items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
4. Return Process
Contact our customer support team to request a return. After approval, follow the provided return instructions.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Orders that have already been shipped are covered under this Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
